Returns & Exchanges

At Woofun, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your scarf purchase, our Returns & Exchanges Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Gift cards

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

  • To help expedite resolution, we recommend including photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged.

Scenarios Covered

  • Customer Dissatisfaction: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds cover the product price only (excluding original shipping).

  • Defective Product: Contact support@woofun.store  with photos of the defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund after inspection.

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Product or Size: If you receive the wrong item or size, contact us for a prepaid return label. We will ship the correct product at no cost or issue a refund.

  • Non-Arrival: If your order has not arrived past the expected delivery date, please contact us. A full refund will be issued if the item is not delivered.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for incorrect sizes or wrong items received.

  • Replacement items will be shipped at no extra cost once the original item is returned.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.

  • Contact support@woofun.store  promptly to cancel without any charges.

Shipping Coverage

  • This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

  • International returns and exchanges are currently not supported.
