Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

To help expedite resolution, we recommend including photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged.
Scenarios Covered

Customer Dissatisfaction: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds cover the product price only (excluding original shipping).

Defective Product: Contact support@woofun.store with photos of the defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund after inspection.

Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund.

Incorrect Product or Size: If you receive the wrong item or size, contact us for a prepaid return label. We will ship the correct product at no cost or issue a refund.

Non-Arrival: If your order has not arrived past the expected delivery date, please contact us. A full refund will be issued if the item is not delivered.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for incorrect sizes or wrong items received.
