FAQs

1. How long do I have to return an item?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

2. How do I start a return?

Email us at support@woofun.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → We cover return shipping.

  • If you change your mind or no longer want the product → You cover return shipping.

4. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need another 3–5 business days to finalize.

5. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll send you the correct one at no extra cost once the original is returned.

6. What items cannot be returned?

Final sale items, personalized/custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Just email us at support@woofun.store right away.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, JCB), PayPal, and checks/money orders (by request).

9. Can I pay with PayPal without an account?

Yes. PayPal allows you to complete checkout with a credit/debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

10. Do you accept checks or money orders?

Yes, but only by request. Please email support@woofun.store for instructions before sending payment.
