Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase.

• All items are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared by our fulfillment team before shipment.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5–7 business days (after processing).

• Expedited Shipping ($4.99 USD): 3–5 business days (after processing).

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to all U.S. states.

• At this time, we do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

• We are unable to split a single order into multiple shipping addresses.
